We will strengthen our special sputtering equipment business in addition to the conventional composite sputtering equipment and collaborate with INFOVION Co., Ltd. based in Seoul, Korea, to sell the company's superior sputtering equipment to the Japanese market
INFOVION has advanced technology inherent in handling ions and electrons, such as doing its own development of ion source for thin film surface modification as a Korean vacuum equipment maker. Products also include small sputtering equipment for university research as well as medium-sized, large-scale in-line devices and cluster devices.
