The CC-10 Wide Range Gauge
performs three functions in one unit.
The CC-10 Wide Range Gauge continuously and automatically measures pressure from atmospheric pressure to ultra-high vacuum with a single vacuum gauge.
Traditionally, pressure measurement systems required separate vacuum gauges for roughing and high vacuum, plus a vacuum switch (atmospheric pressure sensor) to purge the chamber back to atmosphere. This wide range gauge replaces all those components.
Integrated sensor and circuitry.
The sensor and circuitry are integrated, and it also features a pressure display.
Easy to use.
Simply connect the CC-10 to the vacuum chamber and supply 24V DC (an AC adapter is also available as an option).
No further switch operation is required.
Measurement automatically starts from atmospheric pressure, displays the pressure, and can output the pressure signal externally via analog output and digital communication (RS-485).
