ALS (ALS Technology Co., Ltd.) was established to provide advanced vacuum equipment as a manufacturer and seller of research-use vacuum devices for university laboratories and corporate research facilities.
Leveraging ALS's accumulated expertise in vacuum technology design and thin-film process technology, we design and manufacture optimal equipment from the perspective of the researchers who will use it.
